Foundations Package
Healing doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time to address imbalances in the body and to shift towards a better place. This package is created to give you the best opportunity to succeed with your health goals. I will be working closely with you, taking into account the “whole person”, diving into your past and present health history and creating a custom plan that works for you.

90 minute initial consultation
1 hour meeting to go over a unique and comprehensive health plan: herbal, dietary, supplement & lifestyle recommendations

Cycle Charting Package
The Fertility Awareness Method is such an amazing tool for understanding your cycle and getting a better sense of your reproductive health. It can be used for pregnancy achievement or birth control. Whatever your goal, this package will help give you the tools and confidence to chart your cycle and interpret your charts.
2 Month Program
Includes:
2 hour introductory video of Liz covering female reproductive system overview, fertility signs, observing and charting fertility signs, utilizing FAM for cycle awareness, pregnancy achievement and birth control.
45 minute initial session where we address questions from video and your goals for charting.
2 follow up sessions (30 minutes each), reviewing and interpreting charts for 2 cycles

Nourished Mother Package
This comprehensive package is thoughtfully designed to support you through every stage of your journey. You will receive education and essential tools focused on maternal health and wellness. This package is structured to guide you through all three trimesters and the postpartum period, empowering you to feel vibrant, healthy, and confident during this transformative time.
Program runs through the 1st, 2nd & 3rd trimesters
Includes:
First Trimester Meeting: Initial consultation which includes education around nutritional, herbal & lifestyle tools for the 1st trimester. (90 minutes - 2 hours) *
Second Trimester Meeting: Education around nutritional, herbal & lifestyle tools for the 2nd trimester. We can address any symptoms or issues that are present for the client including herbal formula recommendations if needed. (30 minutes - 1 hour)
Third Trimester Meeting: Education around nutritional, herbal & lifestyle tools for the 3rd trimester. We can address any symptoms or issues that are present for the client including herbal formula recommendations if needed. (30 minutes - 1 hour)
Postpartum Meeting: Education around nutritional, herbal & lifestyle tools for the postpartum period. (30 minutes - 1 hour)
Email correspondence throughout the whole pregnancy up through 1 month postpartum. (30 minutes - 1 hour)
* I don’t recommend herbs during the first trimester since the risk of miscarriage is higher and it is a time of rapid growth and development for the baby. Some clients choose to take herbs to address specific symptoms that arise during the first trimester

Home Apothecary Package
Let’s bring herbs into your home in an easy and accessible way! This package includes two meetings. In the initial meeting we would go over your home health needs. We will discuss what kind of support each family member is looking for from sore muscles, insomnia, headaches, digestive issues and more. At our second meeting I will provide a comprehensive handout with a list of herbs, products and recipes (internal and external) to stock in your home apothecary.

Home Apothecary Plus
Don’t want to make the recipes yourself? This package includes everything in the Home Apothecary Package, plus, I will make three tea blends and two topicals (think, salves, sprays, body butters) unique to your needs. This doesn’t include bulk herbs and tincture blends. Additional products would be priced a la carte.

Acute Support
Sometimes we need herbal and nutritional support for acute health issues. In those situations my hourly rate is $100/hr.
